Buddha You Run 2025
"Buddha You Run 2025" was launched in November 2015, organized by Po Lin Monastery, and co-organized by Ngong Ping 360 and Kwoon Chung Bus. "Run with Buddha" aims to promote health awareness among Buddhists and the general public through running activities, encouraging more people to incorporate running or other sports into their lives. It firmly believes that regular exercise promotes physical and mental well-being, adds positive energy to individuals, families, and society, and even helps reduce the social burden on healthcare.
